Halloween

Halloween is coming, if you need some ideas of how to carve your pumpkin check out my pictures of a pumpkin carving party we just had. Come see the talent! The mummy got 1st place, the scarecrow and witch received 2nd place. Very talented friends I have. Boy was it allot of fun!

Biography and Mission Statement

I am a native Californian, born in Cupertino and have lived in many of the surrounding cities. I have a Certificate in Marcom from San Jose State University, and previously worked in the marketing field which enables me to market a home to receive top price in a shorter sale time period. I have excellent communication skills which highly benefit both Buyers and Sellers before, during and after the transaction. I am also “Quality Service Certified”, which means a third party holds me accountable for all my transaction services. My hobbies are gardening, going to the beach, fixer uppers, travel and the outdoors. I have two beautiful boys, Ryan and Kyle. Ryan works locally as an electrician and at the age of 20 purchased his first home. Kyle is a Plumber and is excited to own his own place soon. I am very proud of both of them.

I run my business to stand out above my competition because I use my time each and every day to its fullest potential, always remembering that I work for my clients and my job is to work diligently to get their home sold or find them a new one.
My ongoing professional development helps me achieve all my goals in Real Estate, which also benefits my clients. Including my step by step “Buying and Selling Process” that I walk through with you.
